Terms & Conditions:

All of our memberships hold a six month commitment, beginning on the day that you sign up. A valid credit card is required to remain on file for the duration of the membership. Client will be charged the membership fee once each month. After six months, you will be given the option to renew your membership or cancel.
 
 It is client’s responsibility to schedule a treatment by the end of each month, as the unused session will expire and not carry over to the next month. Cancellation of membership before the end of the membership term will result in a penalty fee of $150 and you will be unable to sign up for any future memberships.
